Gibraltar Fiduciary & Administration Services for Professional Intermediaries
Resilience Group works with law firms, accountants, tax advisers and wealth managers who have clients requiring Gibraltar structures or administration services. We operate as a trusted, transparent delivery partner — providing licensed fiduciary, fund administration and company administration services to your clients while you retain the advisory relationship. We do not compete with intermediaries for client relationships.
Why Intermediaries Partner With Resilience Group
A Clean Intermediary Proposition
Many intermediaries — particularly UK and European law firms, tax advisory practices and wealth managers — have clients who need Gibraltar-based structures or licensed services but do not have the capability or appetite to build a Gibraltar practice. Resilience Group fills that gap cleanly and without conflict. We provide the licensed fiduciary, administration and compliance services; you maintain the client relationship, the investment mandate and the primary advisory role.
Breadth of Licence Coverage
Resilience Group holds GFSC licences covering fiduciary services (trusts, foundations, corporate administration), fund administration and related services. This breadth means intermediaries can introduce clients with a wide range of Gibraltar requirements — from a straightforward holding company to a complex multi-entity family office structure or a regulated EIF — without needing to engage multiple service providers in Gibraltar.
Heritage & Regulatory Standing
Resilience Group was formed from the merger of Ramparts' fiduciary operations (established 2012) and Octopus International Business Services (established 2002). Together, these businesses have more than two decades of continuous GFSC-regulated operation in Gibraltar. That track record matters to intermediaries whose professional reputation depends on the quality and regulatory standing of the providers they recommend.
Practical, Experienced Team
Our team has dealt with the full spectrum of Gibraltar structuring, administration and regulatory situations. We understand the pressure intermediaries are under — from clients, from regulators and from their own compliance functions — and we communicate clearly and promptly. We provide the information intermediaries need to advise their clients accurately without requiring them to become Gibraltar specialists themselves.
How We Work With Intermediaries
Referral Arrangements
Where an intermediary's client has a specific Gibraltar requirement, Resilience Group will accept an introduction, engage directly with the client on the Gibraltar-specific scope of work, and maintain a cooperative relationship with the referring intermediary throughout. We respect the existing client relationship and do not seek to extend our scope beyond the Gibraltar-specific services the client requires.
White-Label & Back-Office Support
For intermediaries who wish to maintain a more integrated client relationship, we can provide administration and compliance services on a white-label or co-branded basis. The intermediary holds the client relationship; Resilience Group provides the licensed Gibraltar capability from behind the scenes. We tailor our reporting, documentation and communication style to fit the intermediary's client management framework.
Fund Administration for Introduced Funds
Wealth managers and private equity advisers who have clients establishing Gibraltar funds — EIFs or Private Funds — can appoint Resilience Group as the GFSC-licensed fund administrator on an introduced basis. We provide all statutory administration services and report to both the fund and the introducing adviser as agreed.
Company Administration for Holding Structures
Tax advisers and lawyers who structure Gibraltar holding companies, IP vehicles or trading entities for their clients can appoint Resilience Group to provide company administration services — registered office, company secretary, director services and ongoing governance support. We work within the framework the adviser has designed and do not provide competing tax or legal advice.

-
Does Resilience Group pay referral fees to intermediaries?
Any fee-sharing or referral arrangements are subject to the regulatory requirements applicable to both Resilience Group and the referring intermediary. We discuss the appropriate commercial arrangement on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the services, the regulatory positions of both parties and applicable disclosure obligations. We do not pay referral fees that would create a conflict of interest or that require undisclosed disclosure to clients.
-
Will Resilience Group try to take over the primary client relationship?
No. Our intermediary model is based on a clear division of roles: the intermediary advises the client; Resilience Group delivers the licensed Gibraltar services. We do not seek to provide investment advice, tax advice or legal advice, and we do not cross-sell beyond the scope of what the client was introduced to us for.
-
What information does Resilience Group need from the client to onboard them?
All clients must pass our AML/CTF onboarding process, which includes identity verification, source of wealth and source of funds assessment, and risk classification. For introduced clients, we ask the referring intermediary to provide the due diligence they have already conducted, which reduces duplication of effort for the client while ensuring we meet our own regulatory obligations.
-
Can an intermediary's client hold a Gibraltar structure without being resident in Gibraltar?
Yes. Neither the beneficial owner nor the client needs to be Gibraltar-resident. Many Gibraltar structures are used by non-resident individuals and businesses for asset holding, international trading or fund investment purposes. Management and control obligations must still be properly discharged in Gibraltar, which is one of the services we provide.
-
What types of intermediaries does Resilience Group work with?
Our intermediary relationships span UK and European law firms, chartered accountancy practices, independent tax advisers, wealth managers, family office advisers, private bankers and specialist consultants. If your client has a Gibraltar requirement — whether for a trust, foundation, company, fund or compliance service — we are willing to discuss how we can help.
-
How quickly can Resilience Group incorporate a Gibraltar company for an introduced client?
Subject to completed AML/CTF onboarding and receipt of all required information, Gibraltar company incorporation can typically be completed within two to three business days. More complex structures — including those requiring director appointments, trust documentation or fund administration setup — take longer and we provide a project timeline at the outset.
